The Service may also offer integrations with third-party platforms such as TikTok and YouTube for content publishing. Features marked "Beta" are provided on an as-is, experimental basis and may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice.
Certain features, including Auto-Clip, operate on video content that you identify and that you do not necessarily own. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to download, process, modify, and republish any source material you direct the Service to use.
By submitting a video URL or tracking a channel, you represent and warrant that:
ReelioHub does not review, verify, or licence source material on your behalf, and does not grant you any rights in third-party content. We may remove content, disable a tracked channel, or suspend an account in response to a credible infringement complaint or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. Section 11 (Indemnification) applies in full to claims arising from your use of source material.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using ReelioHub, you agree not to:
Content generated by ReelioHub uses third-party AI services (OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs). We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, appropriateness, or fitness of AI-generated content, and AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, or infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content - and for ensuring you hold all necessary rights - before using or publishing it. ReelioHub is a tool only and assumes no responsibility or liability for the content you generate or publish or its consequences.
When you connect third-party accounts (TikTok, YouTube), you authorize ReelioHub to act on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective Terms of Service. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms regarding your content.
The ReelioHub platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by ReelioHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
The Service and all content generated through it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind - whether express, implied, or statutory - including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate, lawful, original, non-infringing, or suitable for any purpose. You use the Service and any generated content entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelioHub and its operators, owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, content, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service - even if advised of the possibility. This expressly includes loss of generated videos or content (which are automatically deleted after a retention period - you are responsible for downloading anything you wish to keep), any charges incurred on your own third-party API accounts, and the acts, errors, or outages of third-party services. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid ReelioHub in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReelioHub and its operators, owners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you generate, publish, or distribute using the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your infringement of any third party's rights; or (d) your use of any connected third-party platform (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) or your own third-party API provider accounts.
Generation runs on your own third-party API accounts (OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs). You are solely responsible for those accounts, for all usage and charges they incur, for keeping your API keys secure, and for complying with each provider's terms. You are likewise solely responsible for ensuring your generated content and its publication comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of any platform you publish to. ReelioHub does not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for your content, your accounts, or how you use them.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via account settings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
