1. Acceptance of Terms

ReelioHub ("Service", "we", "us") is operated by Edin Cokic, a sole proprietor established in Živinice, Bosnia and Herzegovina. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReelioHub is an AI-powered platform for producing short-form video content. The Service currently includes:

• Story Reels - generating original faceless videos from a chosen topic or niche, including script generation, image creation, voiceover synthesis, and video assembly.
• Auto-Clip - retrieving videos you identify by URL or channel, analysing their transcripts, and producing shorter vertical clips from them with captions applied.
• Ship in Parts - retrieving videos you identify by URL or channel and dividing them into consecutive numbered parts, with captions applied, for publishing in sequence.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, currently YouTube and TikTok, for content publishing. Features described as unreleased, "Coming soon", "Beta" or otherwise made available for preview are provided on an as-is, experimental basis and may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. We may add, alter or discontinue features over time.

2a. Source Material and Third-Party Content

Certain features, including Auto-Clip and Ship in Parts, operate on video content that you identify and that you do not necessarily own. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to download, process, modify, and republish any source material you direct the Service to use.

By submitting a video URL or tracking a channel, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the source material, are licensed to use it, or its use is otherwise permitted by law (for example, under a fair use or fair dealing exception in your jurisdiction);
• your use of it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other right of any person;
• your use complies with the terms of service of the platform the material is hosted on; and
• your republication of any resulting clip complies with the rules of the platform you publish it to.

ReelioHub does not review, verify, or licence source material on your behalf, and does not grant you any rights in third-party content. We may remove content, disable a tracked channel, or suspend an account in response to a credible infringement complaint or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. Section 11 (Indemnification) applies in full to claims arising from your use of source material.

2b. Copyright Complaints and Takedown

If you believe material processed or published through ReelioHub infringes your copyright, contact us at support@reeliohub.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint". To allow us to act, your notice should include:

• identification of the work you say has been infringed;
• the URL or other identification of the material you want removed;
• your name, address and contact details;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

We act on complete and credible notices promptly. Our response may include removing the material, deleting generated clips, disabling the tracked channel that produced them, and notifying the account holder.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you are authorised to use it, you may send a counter-notice to the same address identifying the material, its location before removal, and the basis for your belief, together with your contact details and signature. We may restore the material where the law permits and no further objection is received.

Repeat infringers. We keep a record of infringement complaints against each account. Accounts that are the subject of repeated, credible complaints will be terminated, and any tracked channels they created will be disabled. This applies regardless of whether the account holder confirmed they held the necessary rights when adding the channel.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using ReelioHub, you agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to evade, disable, or work around the content safeguards described in section 4a, including by obfuscating a prompt, splitting it across fields, or retrying a blocked request in a different wording
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

4a. Prohibited Content: Deepfakes and Adult Material

The following are prohibited outright. They may not be requested, generated, uploaded, stored, or published through ReelioHub, in any medium the Service produces - image, video, audio, or text - and no plan, tier, or bring-your-own-key arrangement changes this.

Synthetic likenesses and deepfakes. You may not use the Service to:

• Generate, or attempt to generate, an image, video, or voice that depicts or imitates a real, identifiable person - living or recently deceased - whether a public figure or a private individual
• Perform or request a face swap, likeness transfer, voice clone, or any other reproduction of a real person's face, body, or voice
• Depict a real person saying, doing, endorsing, or confessing to anything they did not say or do, including fabricated interviews, statements, news reports, endorsements, and announcements
• Upload media containing a real person's face or voice for the purpose of generating a synthetic likeness of that person
• Produce content that is likely to mislead a viewer into believing a real person genuinely participated in it

Educational or documentary narration about a real person is permitted where the accompanying imagery does not reproduce that person's likeness. Historical figures who died more than approximately 75 years ago may be depicted in a clearly educational or documentary context.

Sexual and adult content (NSFW). You may not use the Service to:

• Generate nudity, partial nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery, pornography, or fetish content
• Generate depictions of sexual acts, exposed genitalia, or content whose evident purpose is sexual gratification
• Generate "nudify", undressing, or clothing-removal content from any source image
• Generate sexualised depictions of any real person, whether or not that person is a public figure

Child sexual abuse material. Any attempt to generate sexual or sexualised content involving a minor, or any person depicted as a minor, is prohibited absolutely. Such attempts are blocked, recorded, and result in immediate and permanent termination of the account without refund, and are reported to the appropriate authorities and, where applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Other prohibited generations. Graphic violence, gore, content promoting or instructing in illegal activity, self-harm instructions, and hateful or threatening content directed at a protected group are likewise prohibited.

4b. How These Restrictions Are Enforced

These are not advisory. ReelioHub enforces them automatically at every stage of every generation workflow - image generation, video generation, and the scripted, series, and automated pipelines alike:

• At input. Every topic, concept, niche, and custom instruction you submit is screened before any generation begins, by a deterministic rule set covering the categories above and by an automated classifier for sexual content, hate, illegal activity, self-harm, and real-person likeness. A request that fails is refused; nothing is generated and nothing is charged.
• Before rendering. The intermediate scene and shot descriptions our models produce from your input are screened again, as a set, before any image or video model is called. A failure at this stage aborts the whole generation.
• At the model call. The final prompt sent to each image and video model is screened once more, per scene, immediately before the call.
• At the provider. Our upstream image and video providers apply their own independent safety filters to model output, which we do not disable or attempt to bypass.

Every blocked request is recorded, with the category, the detecting layer, and the account it came from, and these records are reviewed. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content, or any attempt to circumvent these safeguards, result in suspension or permanent termination of your account under section 13, without refund. We reserve the right to remove any generated content that violates this section and to report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by ReelioHub uses third-party AI services (OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs). We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, appropriateness, or fitness of AI-generated content, and AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, or infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content - and for ensuring you hold all necessary rights, including any consent needed from people appearing in media you upload - before using or publishing it. The safeguards in section 4b reduce the risk of prohibited output but do not replace your own review. ReelioHub is a tool only and assumes no responsibility or liability for the content you generate or publish or its consequences.

6. Third-Party Platform Integrations

When you connect third-party accounts (TikTok, YouTube), you authorize ReelioHub to act on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective Terms of Service. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms regarding your content.

6a. YouTube API Services

ReelioHub uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to, and read statistics from, the YouTube channel you connect. By using any ReelioHub feature that publishes to or reads from YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Information handled through YouTube API Services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke ReelioHub's access to your YouTube data at any time through the Google security settings page, or by disconnecting the account in ReelioHub Settings. Our handling, retention, and deletion of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You may only connect YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage, and you may only publish content you have the rights to publish.

7. Subscriptions and Refunds

• Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Two billing models are offered. On a credit plan, your subscription includes a monthly allowance of credits which is consumed as you generate videos and clips, and which resets on your billing date. Unused credits do not carry over.
• On the bring-your-own-keys plan there are no credits. You connect your own provider accounts (such as OpenAI, Replicate and ElevenLabs) and those providers bill you directly at cost. We take no share of that usage and are not responsible for charges you incur with them.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as our Merchant of Record.
• All sales are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details and legally required exceptions.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The ReelioHub platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by ReelioHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content generated through it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind - whether express, implied, or statutory - including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate, lawful, original, non-infringing, or suitable for any purpose. You use the Service and any generated content entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelioHub and its operators, owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, content, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service - even if advised of the possibility. This expressly includes loss of generated videos or content (which are automatically deleted after a retention period - you are responsible for downloading anything you wish to keep), any charges incurred on your own third-party API accounts, and the acts, errors, or outages of third-party services. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid ReelioHub in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReelioHub and its operators, owners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you generate, publish, or distribute using the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your infringement of any third party's rights; or (d) your use of any connected third-party platform (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) or your own third-party API provider accounts.

12. Your Accounts, API Keys & Compliance

Generation runs on your own third-party API accounts (OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs). You are solely responsible for those accounts, for all usage and charges they incur, for keeping your API keys secure, and for complying with each provider's terms. You are likewise solely responsible for ensuring your generated content and its publication comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of any platform you publish to. ReelioHub does not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for your content, your accounts, or how you use them.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The competent courts in Živinice, Bosnia and Herzegovina shall have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of those rules, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
