ReelioHub ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Edin Cokic, a sole proprietor established in Živinice, Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Account information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and password (hashed - never stored in plain text).
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service - prompts entered, videos generated, features used, and session activity - to improve the product and prevent abuse.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as our Merchant of Record. We store only a Dodo customer ID - we never see or store your full card details.
Generated content: Videos, scripts, and images you generate are stored on our servers so you can access them in your Library. You may delete them at any time.
Third-party tokens: If you connect TikTok or YouTube, we store OAuth tokens (encrypted) to publish on your behalf. We do not access your social accounts for any purpose other than what you explicitly trigger.
API keys (BYO plan): If you provide your own API keys, they are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never logged or transmitted to third parties.
Source video data (Auto-Clip and Ship in Parts): When you submit a video URL or track a channel, we store that URL together with video metadata (title, ID, publication date) so we can detect new uploads and avoid reprocessing the same video. To produce clips or parts we retrieve the video's transcript and a temporary copy of the video file. The temporary video file is deleted from our servers once processing finishes; the resulting clips and parts are stored in your Library until you delete them or they expire. We do not use source material you submit for any purpose other than fulfilling your clipping or splitting request, and we do not use it to train models.
We do not use your content or prompts to train AI models. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

When you connect your TikTok account, ReelioHub requests permission to upload videos on your behalf. We:
ReelioHub uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google's handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Limited Use. ReelioHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your YouTube channel, ReelioHub requests only the scopes it needs. Specifically, we:
youtube.upload scope only to publish videos that you explicitly trigger, or that an automation you set up publishes on your behalf, with the title, description and privacy status you chose;youtube.readonly scope only to show your channel name and avatar after connecting, and to show you the view, like and comment counts of the videos ReelioHub itself published for you, plus your channel's subscriber and view totals;yt-analytics.readonly scope only to show you how many hours of your own channel's videos were watched over the last 28 days, on the channel you connected;How long we keep YouTube data. The statistics we store are refreshed from the YouTube API at least once a day - hourly for videos published in the last seven days. Watch time is held as a rolling 28-day window that is re-read in full every day, and days that fall outside it are deleted. Any stored YouTube data that has not been refreshed within 30 days is deleted automatically. When you disconnect a YouTube channel, delete your ReelioHub account, or revoke access from your Google Account, the OAuth tokens and all YouTube data held for that channel are deleted at that point rather than waiting for the 30-day sweep.
You can revoke ReelioHub's access at any time from ReelioHub's Settings page, or via your Google Account permissions page.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated videos and content are stored until you delete them. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
We may receive requests from law enforcement, regulators or courts for personal data about our users. We do not disclose personal data in response to such a request unless it has been reviewed and found to be legally valid, properly served, and within the requesting authority's jurisdiction. We disclose only the specific data the request identifies, never a full account export, and we refuse or challenge requests we consider unlawful or overbroad. We keep a record of every request and our response. Where the law permits, we will tell you that your data has been requested.

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication (session tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
ReelioHub is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage for sensitive data (API keys, OAuth tokens), and secure password hashing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
