ReelioHub ("we", "us", "our") operates the ReelioHub platform, an AI-powered video content generation service. For privacy inquiries, contact us at support@reeliohub.com.
Account information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and password (hashed - never stored in plain text).
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service - prompts entered, videos generated, features used, and session activity - to improve the product and prevent abuse.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as our Merchant of Record. We store only a Dodo customer ID - we never see or store your full card details.
Generated content: Videos, scripts, and images you generate are stored on our servers so you can access them in your Library. You may delete them at any time.
Third-party tokens: If you connect TikTok or YouTube, we store OAuth tokens (encrypted) to publish on your behalf. We do not access your social accounts for any purpose other than what you explicitly trigger.
API keys (BYO plan): If you provide your own API keys, they are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never logged or transmitted to third parties.
Source video data (Auto-Clip): When you submit a video URL or track a channel, we store that URL together with video metadata (title, ID, publication date) so we can detect new uploads and avoid reprocessing the same video. To produce clips we retrieve the video's transcript and a temporary copy of the video file. The temporary video file is deleted from our servers once processing finishes; the resulting clips are stored in your Library until you delete them or they expire. We do not use source material you submit for any purpose other than fulfilling your clipping request, and we do not use it to train models.
We do not use your content or prompts to train AI models. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

When you connect your TikTok account, ReelioHub requests permission to upload videos on your behalf. We:
ReelioHub uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google's handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Limited Use. ReelioHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your YouTube channel, ReelioHub requests only the scopes it needs. Specifically, we:
youtube.upload scope only to publish videos that you explicitly trigger;youtube.readonly scope only to display your channel name and avatar after connecting;You can revoke ReelioHub's access at any time from ReelioHub's Settings page, or via your Google Account permissions page.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated videos and content are stored until you delete them. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication (session tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
ReelioHub is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage for sensitive data (API keys, OAuth tokens), and secure password hashing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
