All payments made to ReelioHub are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any subscription charges, whether partial or full.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing - your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remainder of that period.
ReelioHub uses a "bring your own keys" model - generation runs on your own OpenAI, Replicate, and ElevenLabs accounts. Any usage charges from those providers are billed by them directly, are outside ReelioHub's control, and are not covered by this policy or refundable by us.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as Merchant of Record. In limited circumstances required by applicable consumer protection law (for example, the EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital services that have not yet been accessed), Dodo Payments may process a refund independently. ReelioHub has no control over such decisions.
Outside of legally mandated situations, no exceptions to this policy will be made.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime or disruption does not constitute grounds for a refund. If you experience a persistent issue, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
